Delay on infrastructure

This was due to the Land office taking considerable time to sub-divide the land. This however has now been completed hence the concrete road has commenced.

Completion of Water & Three Phase Underground Electricity

The 3 phase underground electricity and 2 deep water wells has now been completed. This was completed 1 week ahead of schedule.

Water & Three Phase Underground Electricity being put in place

At the present moment, considerable infrastructure is being put in place including 3 phrase underground electricity and 2 deep water wells. This will give every plot a continued water and electric supply. This is due for completion by the end of November.

Planting of 400 trees and plants

The Angthong Hills estate will benefit from the planting of 400 trees these include coconut trees which will line the road leading into the land. Numerous Banana, Palm Oil and Beetlenut have also been planted.

Creating of roads throughout the land, and Marketing begins

The next step on the Angthong Hills Project was to split the plots up by way of a 5 metre dirt road within the land. This also included a 6 metre dirt road all the way from the concrete road that leads off Koh Samui?s ring road. Diggers worked tirelessly for 2 weeks to complete the road system.

Planning and Obtaining further professional advice

At this point we applied/obtained sub division of the title deed. Professionals including Architects & building constructors gave us professional advice on the size of each plot ideal for this spectacular seaview land. Only 31 plots were decided this ensured that each plot was of a substantial size. Please see plot map.

Clearing of the Land and Survey of the Land

At the beginning of June 2004 (just after Angthong Hills Ltd had purchased the land). The clearing of the land commenced. This envolved clearing all small trees/shrubs from the land. This also enabled the Land Office to survey the land accurately.
